sspi is much easier to get going - if a user is able to view a network 
share on the remote box then they'll be able to use sspi seamlessly 
without any problems (since it's exactly the same authentication mechanism).

The only known problem is if the user has no password, in which case the 
system considers them insecure and forces them to guest access.. if the 
guest account is disabled it means they can't login.  This also affects 
network shares though.
