[cvsnt-dev] CVSNT 2.5.03.2151 does not compile with "--without-howl"

Hello Tony, hello World,

If I make

./configure
make

CVSNT 2.5.03.2151 compiles without a problem, but

./configure --without-howl
make

gives me:

Did I miss something or is this a bug?
