[cvsnt-dev] Error: cvs server: Couldn't open default trigger library: No such file or directory

Hello,

I'm using the latest version of CVSNT (2.5.0.2 build 2115). The server
is installed on a WinXP SP2 machine. On another pc i'm using WinCVS.

When i try to use the "Reserved edit" command (= lock a file). I got
the following error: 
"cvs server: Couldn't open default trigger library: No such file or
directory.

I can't find a solution for that problem ? 
Any idea what could be wrong (i suppose the problem is at the server
side, since the message starts with: "cvs server"
