On second thoughts... I can't LGPL sserver yet, since it links with the 
scramble routine (pserver password scrambler) which is under GPL.

I need to cleanroom that routine before I can LGPL the protocols.. 
forgot about that one (I *knew* there was some reason I hadn't done it yet).
