They are in sub-dirs... but ufc-crypt is being pulled in in a sibling dir
(wrt cvsapi)... that's the ever-so-subtle difference.

Probably more feature than bug... its build management system is quite picky
and throws wobbles at times (sometimes for legitimate reasons and other
times not)...  I got the darn thing to compile now, and I'm not going to
delve into it any more (since I want to retain what little sanity I have).
