Hello. I am trying to chekout cvsdeps using the instructions on how to compile on windows. I use command "cvs :pserver:cvs at cvs.cvsnt.org:/usr/local/cvs co cvsdeps" and am receiving error: cvs [checkout aborted]: evs server: connect to 127.0.0.1(127.0.0.1):2402 failed: Connection refused What am I doing wrong?
