Between 1.11.1.3 beta 2 (build 43) and 1.11.1.3 beta 4 (build 45) something broke for me under Win2K. With beta 2 the service starts with no problems; with beta 4 I get "Bind to port failed: Overlapped I/O operation is in progress" in my event viewer application log. Anyone else seeing this?
