[Cvsnt] Upgrading server

I'm currently running version 1.11.1.3 (Build 57a) and I would like to
upgrade to the latest version.  Can I just download the installer and run it
to install over the top of the current version and still retain all the
settings?  I just want to make sure I'm not going to lose anything :-).
