[cvsnt] Error after modification of revision 1.1

This can be much more effectively done by using the join feature.  If you are 
using WinCVS, Update the file then select the Merge tab and enter the latest 
revision (1.10 in this case) in the "Only this rev./tag" field and the revision 
you want to go back to (1.5 in this case) in the "Plus with this rev./tag." 
This will produce a reverse diff that will exactly undo any changes from 
1.6-1.10 and return the file to the same state as 1.5.  Then, commit the file 
and you will be at 1.11 (which will be completely identical to 1.5).
