[cvsnt] Annoying message at cvs update

Then this means that at some point, you may have done a "cvs add *", and 
accidentally "cvs add"ed some local CVS directory of yours.

Do a
   find . -name Entries -print | xargs grep CVS

and see which of those Entries files has a "CVS" entry in it, and remove 
it (just edit the file).
