[cvsnt] invalid change text over and over again

That's 'cvs -v' :-)  'cvs version' gives both the client and server
versions (just in case).  Anyway you're sure both are running build 62
then we can discount any problems there.

The only thing you're doing differently to what I would expect is the
cvs edit/unedit, which I wouldn't expect to modify the rcs file
(especially not that drastically), but it's something worth looking

You're the third person in about two years to report something similar
(the second was only a few weeks ago, via bugzilla).  Unfortunately
I've not been able to find anything common about the cases.

Clutching at straws...  Windows version/Language, processor, etc.?
