[cvsnt] pserver login not working any more ?

cvsnt tries to bind to all available protocols (which generally means ipv4
and ipv6).  If you haven't setup ipv6 you get that warning, which isn't a
problem.

If you watch the logging when it's running in test mode you should get
output when it receives a connection from the client, and it'll tell you if
it successfully ran cvs.exe (more accurately it'll tell you if it fails).
