The root file looks like that: :pserver:guest at koala:d:\cvs That's also my CVSROOT. Owner in the repository is user heiko. If I execute cvs lsacl for the directory I get the following: Directory . Owner: heiko default:n guest:r I did the following: 1. cvs co module 2. changed file xxx.yyy 3. cvs ci -m "Bla Bla" xxx.yyy And it worked.
