Okay, that sounds reasonable. I will implement a runtime option for it
sometime. In the meantime I've made it a compile-time option in my tree.

Since my gserver changes use the SSPI code, this "feature" will work for
gserver mode automatically when using the microsoft SSPI implementation.

Why don't you let the user choose a port in the CVSROOT for the SSPI
protocol?
