You are right - if the rebuild actually takes place - which it obviously
didn't in my case. I should add that this happened to me using Win98 and
:local:. I have just checked - using NT and :ntserver: the rebuild DO take
place when I commit an administrative file including cvswrappers.

state as soon as you check in an edit on any of the other
administrative files (like the modules file) since they are rebuilt
from the versioned files when a checkin (commit) is done....
