You're running an old version of Norton Antivirus I presume....  This is
a known bug with NAV.  I tried the latest version and they seem to have
fixed it.

The old Visual Studio 98 SDK is ancient & can't compile modern apps such as
cvsnt.  Download the platform SDK from Microsoft.
