[Cvsnt] Couldn't connect to named pipe... error

If you have already checked out stuff from a CVS server using some
connection string, then this will be used for all future connections
no matter what you do in the admin/preferences settings as long as you
are in the sandbox created by the checkout.
So to test the new protocol, you must move away to a completely empty
directory somewhere (the emptyness is equal to the absence of a CVS
subdirectory where the connection data are cached).
