cvsnt 1.11.1.3 build 57f Tying up some loose ends. Hopefully should be OK now so that I can get my head down and release a devel version. Better behaviour with cygwin ssh - tries to set CVS_Username on startup so everything works the same as on a server... AFAIK this will always be 'System', but it's better than falling over (like it did before). Bypass pipe/redirection code in local mode, so that if your $EDITOR is picky it'll still work.
