Community technical support mailing list was retired 2010 and replaced with a professional technical support team. For assistance please contact: Pre-sales Technical support via email to sales@march-hare.com.

As I already answered this problem is most likely caused by a bug in one of
the recent builds in CVSNT. The setup has been updated two days ago to build 57f.
Please download and install this and then recheck your error.
I think it will be gone.

Subject: [CVSNT] error while configuration

1. i am running win2000 platform, with c: drive in fat32 format, and g:
drive in ntfs format; the security of g: drive is set to allows all action
for "Everybody"
2. the cvs server is installed on g:\cvsnt\
3. i added the path to environment variable: path = ....;g:\cvsnt
4. i followed each steps on your webpage, and successfully created a new
root, and added user account in the passwd file
5. now, i set this set cvsroot=:pserver:<user>@<computername>:/TEST
and cvs login, an error dialog box popup saying this:
"cvs.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need
to restart the program. An error log is being created. "

does anyone get the same problem? how to solve?
thanks
