TCL needs to be installed as well as Phyton. I have heard that if you first install and start 1.2 then install 1.3 you will have no problems. It might be conected to some registry setting that is initialized by 1.2 but not 1.3.6. Than I've started wincvs and it works fine! So I have downloaded the beta 6 of version 1.3 and installed it. Started 1.3 beta 6 and it works fine, how ever! Lastly it tried to install 1.3 beta 7 again and... it works fine, now!
