[Cvsnt] Loginfo not triggering

Thanks, but the loginfo syntax must be correct as it's working for some
users (i.e. myself)

I've also done a further test and found that the autoupdate is triggered ok
for a different module, so it's restricted to one user on one module.

I also reset the permissions on the locks directory as Arvind suggested, but
this was already set to everyone with full control, and still doesn't work
:(

Very strange.
