It looks like it hasn't worked since 1.10.8 but nobody's noticed (I checked
the standard CVS installation and exactly the same error exists there).
  In some places it's called 'watch_add' and others it's called
'watch-add', and all of it is irrelevant anyway because it should
actually be just 'watch'!

It's fixed in my tree...  If it's really holding you up I could do a 57b
with the fix in, but it won't be for a week or so if I do it.
