I have set up the passwd file the the server under the CVSROOT. I used pwgen.exe to generate a random password and made the entry: username:password into passwd file When I try to log in with the client I get the following: cvs [login aborted]: connect to 10.1.1.28(10.1.1.28):2401/cvs/cvs failed: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
