I am trying to connect to CVS server but keep getting the error: cvs [login aborted]: connect to 10.1.1.28(10.1.1.28):2401/cvs/cvs failed: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. I believe I have correctly setup the passwd file and have the CVSROOT correct??
