[Cvsnt] Reg Creating User in CVSNT server

Probably you cannot add domain users on a domain that the CVSNT server
machine does not belong to. That is in one of the error messages.
So you better create a local user account for your friend and use that
instead like so:
cvs passwd -r localusername -a chella
