I uninstalled cvsnt and re-installed it and the history is working.

Hi,
	I have cvsnt 1.11.1.3 installed and used the cvs init command to initialize. The history file is in the cvsroot/cvsroot directory but there are 0 bytes.
	I am using wincvs 1.3 and it is updating the repository properly and the keyword expansion is also working.  But the history file remains empty.

Any ideas
