These files are part of the CVSNT distribution now and they can be
downloaded from the CVSNT page as part of a package of iles known as
"Precompiled binaries w/o installer" on
http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~tmhoyle/cvsnt-1.11.1.3-bin.zip.
