Hi ! I have installed cvsnt on my Computer (winXP) like described in this little tutorial: (http://w1.858.telia.com/~u85831169/InstallCVSNT.html) When I am creating a new repository, I am getting the following error message: "Repository initialisation failed. To see errors, type the following command line: cvs -d D:\cvsrepo\test init" When I type this in the command line, I am getting this message: cvs [init aborted]: cannot connect to server: Connection refused Why can't I create a new repository ?
