cvsnt 1.11.1.3 build 62 * Change numbering since the devel branch is out of commission for a while & won't clash. * Backport rlog -S * Change taginfo handling - This will cause minor breakage but since the original didn't work properly anyway I've decided it's no loss. I'm also assuming most people don't use this feature. * Fix script handling under Unix. * Put VC runtime in System32, since path handling in Installshield isn't reliable enough to make it work anywhere else.
