[cvsnt] Strange behaviour of cvs export command

Wierd.  Definately a bug...  It seems if there's already a directory when
you export then it always creates a CVS directory...

mkdir files
cvs export -r HEAD -d files CVSROOT/loginfo

I'll look into it.
