CVSMailer is a program that I am working on and it really does not
belong to the CVSNT discussion. You can direct your queries directly
to me instead.

But regarding embedded spaces there are two issues:
1) I really do not like embedded spaces in files/folders having
anything to do with CVS. It is stated on my page that this should be
avoided. Many disagree but I maintain that there are too many things
that can potentially go bad when subjected to spaces including the
handling in the script files in CVS.

2) The issue with mail messages containing spaces was solved a while
ago and if you use the latest release 1.2.9 (download from my page),
you will find that the file names are not mangled anymore.
