I know that. Like I stated on the TortoiseCVS mailing list (which I assume
you subscribe to), there is not yet a new stable version. What you can do is
simply to install TortoiseCVS 1.0.1, then copy cvs.exe and *_protocol.dll
from the CVSNT installation into the TortoiseCVS directory, overwriting the
files already there.
