Never do _anything_ inside the repository manually.  Don't access the files;
don't add files manually; don't delete files manually. The repository should
only be accessed from the client and only the server should have access to the
repository itself.

If you want to have a web site which remains in sync with the current repository
files, you must give the web site it's own checked out sandbox and that is where
you point your CVSNTUpd.ini files:

	; relative to the server
	CVSRoot	= :local:e\:cvsroot\taskmanage-1

	; top level folder for all websites
	WWWRoot	= W:\

where W:\ is some other directory on the web server, specifically not within the
repository.
