[cvsnt] opposite of 'cvs export'?

Shameless plug: TortoiseCVS (www.tortoisecvs.org) offers "cvs import" 
through the command Make New Module, which does "cvs import", then "cvs 
checkout", and additional magic to make it appear as if the checkout was 
done in-place.
