I've written one in jscript, but it doesn't do exactly what you wish.
You can simply call it from within loginfo
	ALL	cscript //nologo loginfo.vbs '%{sVv}' ${USER}
and parse the parameters out. ( ${USER} is the userid )

Subject: [cvsnt] using VBscript for loginfo

I'm not having much luck with Google, maybe more pairs of eyes have seen
what I'm looking for.

I'm running CVSNT on Windows 2000. Has anyone seen a VBscript to use via
loginfo that writes to a file with date information in addition to the
standard `%{sVv}' ? Is there way to include or pass in who made the
commit as in CVSROOT/history ? Ideally, I'd like a commitinfolog.txt
that looks like:

20030408,4:40pm,scottl,/org/tc/yoyodyne/file.java,1.1,1.2

thank you,
SL
