[cvsnt] Error reading from server

Yes, that was the only thing I did. Never had problems before...

Repository directory is f:/cvsroot (chosen with file selection dialog, so 
no typo)
Valid repository root is /phpstuff (f:/cvsroot/phpstuff - chosen with file 
selection dialog, so no typo)
CSVROOT=:pserver:myusername at myserver:/phpstuff (default port 2401)
LockDir=C:\cvstemp\locks (set in config, directory exists and is writable)

Exactly the same config has worked for months.
I wonder why the error is same on the original repository, the backup and 
also the clean one after installation.
I even updated from 2.0.1a to 2.0.8, but no change.

Yeah - and I checked for file system errors, too.

Isn't there a way to turn on a debug mode to see exactly what file or dir 
is causing the error?
