Apart from the fact that IMHO you shouldn't install software (especially servers/services or other system-level stuff) from a non-admin account anyway, my experience with 7-zipped InnoSetups is that they are always extracted to the current user's temp folder. I never saw them go to c:\winnnt ... or could that be because the machines I tested on all had the 7-zip software installed anyway?
