[cvsnt] authorization failed: server rejected access

Update:  

I tried the steps below with :sspi: and it WORKS!

I was able to set CVSROOT user to either Administrator
or aaron and login successfully, do a directory
listing of /Test (with cvs ls -l).

I will stick to :sspi: now.
