[cvsnt] How to force non blank comment when committing ?

Hello,

I'd like to force my cvs users to enter a non blank comment when committing.
I know this has to be done with commitinfo file, but I cannot find the list
of variables I could use in a script, and especially the variable that would
hold the comment the user used with the commit command.
