[cvsnt] script filter question

If one stacks a number of filters like below in loginfo, what will
happen when a module name contains the word WSMDB?

WSMDB <program to run> <parameters>
MyProg <program to run> <parameters>
ALL  <program to run> <parameters>
DEFAULT  <program to run> <parameters>

It looks to me that the ALL line is not reached, even though I had the
impression that it would always get served.
Must the ALL and DEFAULT commands be listed first in the filter list
in order to get attention?
