I got this response when doing an update on a module:
cvs server: Updating .
cvs server: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory

I thought it very strange so I had a look at the repository and then I found that the module
folder contained two subfolders (Attic and CVS) and inside the CVS folder there was a file
called fileattr dated May 2001.
Is the error message coming from the existence of the CVS folder and if so why is it there?

I am running Daily Snapshot Build 57l on both the client and the server.
