[cvsnt] How to use cvs history??

That's a good start. I can now use grep to pick out stuff I want,
although it's a bit slow. One thing I notice, however, is that only
rtags are logged, not standard tag commands. The documentation for
'history' seems to imply that only rtags will be logged. Is this
correct?
