[cvsnt] CVS dropping changes - RESOLVED

A few months ago I brought up the possibility that CVS might be dropping
committed changes when multiple commits happen at the same time.  I can't
find the original e-mail thread, but several of the users here helped me
think through where the problem might be.

Turns out it was the IDE after all.  Nothing to do with open files while
committing, the IDE just sometimes DOESN'T save a change.

So, for all the poor sods (like myself) forced to use NetLinx studio -
double check all your saves!
