We are successfully running eTrust InnoculateIT Advanced Edition on CVSNT. One area that improved performance significantly without exposing too much additional risk was telling the virus software to ignore certain extensions for files that cannot contain viruses (like most of what we keep in CVS) and having it ignore certain processes like cvs.exe, cvslock.exe, & cvsservice.exe.
