[cvsnt] Problem With Committing Recursively

I have a hunch--take a look in resources/models/CVS/Root and
resources/textures/CVS/Root.  Do they contain the *exact* same CVSROOT?
My guess is they might not be, which means you're committing to
essentially two different repositories which would be a separate
operation to CVSNT (I think!!).  If that's not it then I'm at a loss.

Here is an example:
I the current directory is PROJ.  I am trying to commit
.\resource\textures\circle.bmp and .\resource\modles\box.ms3d I get two
different editor windows to enter log messages in.  Here are the
contents of the two windows:

1)

CVS: Enter Log.  Lines beginning with `CVS:' are removed automatically
CVS: 
CVS: Committing in resources/models
CVS: 
CVS: Added Files:
CVS: 	box.ms3d
