[cvsnt] I'm looking for help with the follow error that occurredin CVSNT.

It could be that you already have the service running and are then also
trying to run it in test mode.

In case it isn't that simple, you can check which ports are being listened
on by using:

	netstat -a

Then look for 2401 to see if something is listening on that port even after
you have confirmed that CVSNT is turned off.
