[cvsnt] help with CVSNT installation (no control panel icon)

I don't know if this has been covered already, but on my machine the reason 
that the control panel icon didn't appear was the DLL 'mfc70u.dll' was not 
installed.  This DLL should be installed in the Windows SYSTEM32 directory.
