[cvsnt] speed issues and timeouts with a bad latency connecti on

The difference the sspi protocol made was much more than just the bandwidth
changes, when I now synced up a directory with a few 100 files, it took 4
minutes using sspi but took over 2 hours using ntserver, and when the same
bandwidth was available, guess just getting to the server and getting back
was taking all the time.

I got the latest version of cvs setup on client and server and things work
fine with the sspi protocol. Also this significantly improves speed from the
India office where the peak speeds up/down using ntserver was around 10
kbytes/sec even though ftp speeds where 50-60 kbytes/sec. When this was
changed to use sspi I was able to get 50-60 kbytes/sec.

Thanks
Anand

You need a later server CVSNT version, 57g is rather old and SSPI
support has changed (or maybe been added) after that version.
Changing only the client will not work here.
When you install a later version of CVSNT on the server you must first
uninstall the existing version. And make sure to select custom install
and inspect which component will be installed so that the SSPI support
is not disabled.
