[cvsnt] help with CVSNT installation (no control panel icon)

Hi,

Just had the same problem. Looking for DLL dependencies of cvsnt.cpl, found
that MFC70U.DLL is missing from my system.
Downloaded the "Runtime Libraries" from cvsnt site, copied the file to
winnt\system32 and everything is now working :-)
