That is, "c:\Program Files\rcs\" is bad whereas "c:\Executables\rcs\" should be okay. > TBH I'd rather it pointed to the RCS wrappers that come with CVS - best to get people into the habit of using them now while it's optional rather than later when it becomes mandatory.
